The members normally meet formally once a very to discuss any outstanding concerns raised by the members.  She copies of the more recent meeting minutes – 2007, 2006, 2005, 2004.

The main responsibility of the associations is to manage the common up keep and maintenance of the Gardens on the east side of the terrace.

In 2006 there was a fairly successful afternoon garden clearing session with residents offering up a few hours of their time to assist in tidying up the area around the gardens.

At the end of 2006 the association has been successful in having the Edinburgh Council paint some double yellow lines at the main road junctions along the terrace. Gordon Terrace is a popular place parking spot for the cars of the students and lecturers in the near by Edinburgh University, Kings Building.
